• Enrolled in any Business, Arts & Sciences ​  or Arts & Sciences Division ​  or Brewing & Fermentation Science ​  or Emergency Management & Homeland Security ​  or Graphic Design & Art ​  or Human Services & Restorative Justice ​  or Individualized Programs of Study ​  or Business & Hospitality Division ​  or Accounting & Business Administration ​  or Baking & Culinary major
• Are a non-traditional student as defined by entering Penn College four or more years after high school
• Have maintained a 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher after completing at least 24 college credits
• Have served in the United States military, are on active duty, or are enlisted in the Reserves or National Guard
• Exhibits leadership in an on-campus and/or community initiatives or activities
• Enrolled full-time
• Be a first-year ​ ,  or transfer student
