  • Are a non-traditional student as defined by entering Penn College four or more years after high school
  • Have maintained a 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher after completing at least 24 college credits
  • Have served in the United States military, are on active duty, or are enlisted in the Reserves or National Guard
  • Exhibits leadership in an on-campus and/or community initiatives or activities
