- Enrolled in any Business, Arts & Sciences or Arts & Sciences Division or Brewing & Fermentation Science or Emergency Management & Homeland Security or Graphic Design & Art or Human Services & Restorative Justice or Individualized Programs of Study or Business & Hospitality Division or Accounting & Business Administration or Baking & Culinary major
- Are a non-traditional student as defined by entering Penn College four or more years after high school
- Have maintained a 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher after completing at least 24 college credits
- Have served in the United States military, are on active duty, or are enlisted in the Reserves or National Guard
- Exhibits leadership in an on-campus and/or community initiatives or activities
- Enrolled full-time
- Be a first-year , or transfer student
