Requirements

• Enrolled in one of the following majors: 6 View majors
  • Civil Engineering Technology (AAS)
  • Civil Engineering Technology (BS)
  • Heavy Construction Equipment Technology: Caterpillar Equipment Emphasis (AAS)
  • Heavy Construction Equipment Technology: Operator Emphasis (AAS)
  • Heavy Construction Equipment Technology: Technician Emphasis (AAS)
  • Surveying Technology (AAS)
• Are employees, inters/co-op, or dependent of an employee of Liberty Excavators and must have been employed for at least one year prior to enrollment at Penn College
• Enrolled full-time
• Be a first-year student
