Financial Aid Forms

For your convenience, we have provided links to government and College forms.

Penn College Financial Aid Application (FAA)

You complete the Penn College Financial Aid Application (SIS login required) before your first academic year. For your second and subsequent years, we will create a FAA for you each year, and you will need to review and revise, if needed, your information for that academic year. If you do not attend for a year or more, you may need to create a new FAA via SIS when you return.

Use this Penn College Financial Aid Application option only if you do not have access to SIS.
