Born and raised on a family farm in central Pennsylvania, she developed an appreciation and respect for the natural world. She enjoys biking, bird watching, photography, and growing green things.
Rhonda has worked as a reference librarian at the James V. Brown Public Library for more than 20 years. She also served a brief stint as County Law Librarian , Technology Trainer for the North Central Library District, and as a Virtual Information Desk Librarian for the State System of Higher Education through North Hall Library at Mansfield University.
Rhonda graduated from Susquehanna University with a B.A. in English, earned her Master of Science in Library Sciences at Clarion University, has a Webmaster Certificate through Penn State World Campus, and an e-Learning Developer Certificate from Bloomsburg University.
