Jean Bremigen, Library Operations/Public Services Manager, began working at Penn College in 1994. Jean currently manages daily library operations and public services related to administrative, accounting, purchasing, facilities, outreach displays and events, and library services; as well as management oversight of Library Mail Services in support of the Library Director, Assistant Director, Library Services, and library staff and faculty. Additionally, she serves as primary library liaison to General Services, Financial Operations, Procurement Services, Public Relations & Marketing, and Office of Facilities and Events.

Jean also enjoys working with other campus-wide departments such as The Gallery, Student Activities, Academic Success Center, and Admissions; providing them with support and assistance with promoting student services and activities as needed. Jean graduated from Penn College, earning a BS degree in Technology Management (BTM), as well as an AAS degree in Office Technology with an emphasis in Office Administration Specialist. In her leisure time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
