Allison has served students in a variety of ways, including her past roles in K-12 outreach and education, student engagement, admissions, library services, and community projects. Most recently, she had the opportunity to connect with students and families regarding career exploration, enrollment needs, and support services. As a LEAP advisor, she now aims to be a formative guide for students within the School of Engineering Technologies at Penn College.
