During these unprecedented times initiated by the global spread of COVID-19, Career Services at Penn College understands the apprehension that many of our students and alumni are experiencing related to job searches, networking, and interaction with potential employers.
Career Services is dedicated to connecting you, our Tomorrow Makers, with those employers, as well as with the many helpful services and resources that we continue to offer while our physical campus is closed. We are diligently working to find, create, and deliver safe and healthy (remote/virtual) alternatives, which will enable you to stay on track for all of your career-planning activities.
We encourage you to take the following steps

Career Fair Employer Directory
We understand your disappointment that Career Fair has been canceled; however, it is our goal to keep our students, faculty, staff, and campus visitors safe. In the meantime, the Career Fair Employer Directory will remain live. The directory is searchable by major, so you can easily locate companies who are recruiting for your major; learn about those companies by clicking on “Company Information,” which includes the representatives’ emails; and reach out.
On-Campus Recruiting (OCR)
All previously scheduled on-campus recruiting (including information sessions, recruitment days, and interviews) have been canceled for the remainder of the Spring 2020 semester.
Some employers are working to create a virtual option to network and recruit you; please stay tuned for future communications concerning dates, times, and log-in information.
The Office of Career Services is working remotely and will continue to serve our students and alumni. Please contact us via email, firstname.lastname@example.org, with any questions or to schedule virtual appointments.
We ask that you be patient with us as we work through these virtual/remote options and the development processes. With these unique circumstances, we are aware that some of the technology may be new and challenging, internet/Wi-Fi access may be limited in some locations, and occasional glitches are inevitable. Be assured that we stand ready to work with you to resolve these issues so that you may continue your career-related activities.
