It is important for college students to learn that psychology can be successfully applied to address human problems in everyday situations. I strive to remain 'current' through membership and participation in the Association for Psychological Science, the Eastern Psychological Association, the Pennsylvania Psychological Association and the Society for the Teaching of Psychology. In addition to teaching, I serve as the PCT Faculty Athletics Representative on campus and in the North Eastern Athletic Conference. I also serve the greater Williamsport area and Lycoming County communities by volunteering with health care and human service agencies.
