You must use Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Chrome for these tests. Other browsers such as Safari or Opera, will produce unexpected results.
Run the browser check before beginning any of the tests. Pay particular attention to the results for JavaScript and Pop-ups. If you receive a "red X" for either of these items you will have to alter the computer’s browser settings to fix the problem. JavaScript is usually enabled by default. You must disable any pop-up blockers that might be running on the computer.
Close the System Check window after you've observed the results and proceed to the tests if all is well.
