During the four-week New Choices/New Options Career Development program, participants assess their interests, values, and abilities in order to make career decisions and set goals for their future. The program also offers basic computer skills training, job search assistance, and help in understanding the local labor market – in order to assist participants in finding employment or continuing their education.
This program — offered on Penn College's main campus in Williamsport — is available to single parents or displaced homemakers who are either Penn College students or considering attending college.
Funding may be available for child care and partial travel reimbursement.
