She has expertise with customer service, productivity, orientation/onboarding, and working with leadership/behavioral assessments. Katie earned her BA in management with an emphasis in human resources from The University of Pittsburgh.
Prior to establishing herself as an independent consultant, Katie served as an organizational development specialist at Geisinger Health System. She has developed and delivered programs for frontline employees and leaders at all levels, including healthcare professionals. Katie's style is unique and engaging, and she is skilled at aligning herself with her audience.
A seasoned leader of project management, human resource management, and manufacturing/operations management, Jim is experienced teaching and facilitating project management, business management, financial management, and leadership development. He has been a frequent presenter at conferences and workshops on topics such as finance for non-financial managers, continuous process improvement, lean organizations, and project management. Jim earned his BA and MBA with an emphasis on accounting from The Pennsylvania State University. Jim is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and also earned his CPA (presently inactive status).
Jim spent eleven years with The Pennsylvania State University where he served as a faculty member in Management Development Programs and Services. Prior to joining Penn State, he served in a variety of management positions. Jim has led plant-wide training, organizational development initiatives, and facilitated continuous improvement efforts in both manufacturing and non-manufacturing areas. He has developed and delivered project management training programs for engineers, accountants, and government employees.

Dan has more than 25 years of professional experience with leadership positions in manufacturing, banking, and the military. Dan holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Penn State and a master's degree in business education from Bloomsburg University. His leadership training, in a wide range of organizations, has been recognized for excellence. He is a published author, keynote speaker, and former US Army captain with experience in strategic planning, organizational development, green and lean manufacturing, process mapping, total quality management, ISO 9000, Six Sigma, procurement, and entrepreneurship.
Dan's style is particularly engaging, and he is accomplished at helping his audience quickly connect theoretical and experiential learning with relevant workplace situations.
