About Factory Built Housing Center
FBHC at Penn College provides education, training, and research to the factory built housing industry. There are no formal entrance requirements. Courses provide upgrading, training, and development to enhance opportunities for individuals in their job duties, career advancement, and personal development. Research is targeted at various issues affecting the industry that will improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are provided for many courses. Some courses can receive college credits from Penn College. The instruction is offered in the same quality tradition that you have come to expect from Penn College and utilizes industry experts who bring a real world emphasis to industry topics.
FBHC also provides research and consultation on selected topics for factory built housing and supporting industries. Areas of past, present, and future projects and consultations include:
