Through support of Ben Franklin Technology Partners, the Factory Built Housing Center (FBHC) began in April of 2004. The center serves three primary sectors of factory-built housing (modular, manufactured [HUD Code], and panelized).

The FBHC is a one-of-a-kind training, education, and resource center for the factory-built industry. The FBHC also works in research and consultant capacities for the industry. For more information, please contact us.
