WDCE supports economic development through a unique system of integrated service delivery, as an integral member of Central Pennsylvania’s Business Assistant Team. Other members are:

Technology consulting and training provided by WDCE helps to retain existing companies and attract new companies to Pennsylvania.
Close relationships with state and federal funding agencies and experience in soliciting, obtaining, and managing grant funds enable WDCE to help businesses in communities throughout the state access funding opportunities.
