Operational Leader Program - Creating and Implementing a Business Strategy
Participants in this program serve two roles for the organization: they make sure the operational tactics support the organizational goals and objectives and translate strategy provided by senior leaders into operational tactics. Leaders learn how to develop organizational strategy, techniques for cascading that strategy down through the organization, and how to support employee teams to create desired organization change.
