Operational Leader Program - Level III
After setting strategy and creating action plans to achieve desired results, managers need to condition the environment for success. Operational leaders are charged with solving and preventing complex problems, making difficult decisions, managing change in a dynamic environment, and creating a culture that fosters success and renewal. The sessions in Level III help leaders build competencies in their role of being both change-agents and process control managers in their organizations.
