Introduction to Homebrewing

Learn how to homebrew ale. During the process of brewing, the history and types of beer will be discussed. Participants will also be taught how to taste and evaluate beer in a professional manner and, while doing so, be allowed to sample hallmark examples of the major styles of ale.
