Thrill of the Grill and Outdoor Entertaining
This class offers new recipes, tastings, and outdoor dining tips. Everything barbeque will be covered. Grilling, smoking, and salad preparation will be delved into as well as menu planning and campfire specialties with homemade BBQ sauces, mustards, and relishes. A very full tasting menu and recipe booklet are included.
