Haas CNC Vertical Machining Center Programming and Operation
This 16-hour course is an introduction to the Haas CNC Vertical Machining Center. The student will learn to create programs, set up, and operate the Haas VMC. The course wil include three axis programming techniques used to create code for contouring, pocketing, drilling, tapping, reaming and other machining operations using the word address format (GandM code). The course also will introduce the Haas conversational programming feature, Visual Quick Code programming. This course is recommended for machinists, CNC programmers, setup and operators, engineers, shop supervision, and shop owners.
