Local Anesthetics for the Dental Hygienist
This 30-hour course, delivered in two 15-hour parts, provides the licensed dental hygienist with the knowledge and skills to administer local anesthesia in a clinical setting. Specific requirements set forth by the State Board of Dentistry of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania are addressed. Practical training includes hands-on application of a local anesthesia administration in clinical laboratory settings.
