Fitness Yoga
Come learn this style of yoga that meshes fitness and yoga into a therapeutic yet challenging test for your body. The program utilizes familiar poses but with a detailed review of the health benefits of each position. Whether a longtime yogi or a newbie to this type of workout, the instructor creates a workout that will challenge and enlighten any participant!
