WDCE Course

Come and enjoy some stress relief and relaxation while building strength, flexibility, and balance. The program uses familiar poses but with a detailed review of the health benefits of each position. Whether a long time yogi or a newbie to this type of workout, this program will challenge and enlighten any participant!
