Experience the beautiful movements and revitalizing effects of this ancient Chinese soft-style martial art. Learn tai chi foundation exercises including warm-ups, stretching, and breathing (chi-kung) and start to learn the basic movements of Yang style tai chi. A few tai chi "pushing games" will be introduced. Normally done in a quiet, natural setting, the practice of tai chi improves strength, balance, flexibility, and mental focus while boosting the body's overall immunity.
