Slow down, listen, meditate, stretch, relax, strengthen, breathe. Hatha yoga combines conscious relaxation with stretching and counter-stretching movements coordinated with breath. Hatha yoga improves and maintains overall health by slowly building strength, flexibility, mental focus, and balance while at the same time releasing stress.
