ServSafe Food Protection Certification
This food safety training program is administered by the National Restaurant Association Education Foundation. Food safety, the dangers and prevention of foodborne illnesses, preventing cross-contamination, how to utilize time and temperature control effectively, and sanitation are covered. A certification examination is administered upon completion.
