Key Leadership Skills for Office Managers
Office managers are often placed into their positions after performing well in a staff role. Many offices are too small to provide them with any formal leadership training for their new position. These managers may not fully develop the skills needed to effectively lead their team. This program is designed to equip them with the essential leadership skills they need to succeed.
