Strategic Planning: Development and Methods
Most strategic plans are important not only for the short-term but also for future strategic planning processes. Focusing on advanced skills, this workshop positions participants to begin the development of a strategic plan and bring it to life. Participants explore strategic planning tools and examine various methods. Exploring deeper issues helps participants ensure that their strategic planning efforts help their organization today and well into the future. Appropriate for all organizational levels, this workshop explores advanced skills vital for the strategic planning process.
