Strategic Planning: Problem Solving and Decision Making
Methods that employees use in the decision-making and problem-solving process should be deeply connected to the organization's vision, core values, and other strategic criteria. Utilizing a strategic plan as a guide, successful employees and teams make decisions and solve problems that support the purpose of the organization at large. This workshop helps participants develop or enhance their competencies as they face challenges, manage emerging issues, make decisions, solve problems, and take action. Appropriate for all organizational levels, this workshop explores skills vital for aligning decisions and solving problems with a strategic focus.
