Strategic Planning: Getting Started
Baseline skills are important for nearly all workplace functions. Developing the skill or mindset to properly engage in strategic planning should be part of the process. This workshop introduces the fundamentals of strategic planning and engages participants in developing the skills necessary to have a strategic planning mindset. Many workplace employees may lack exposure to what the process is, what the components are, who should be involved, and how to get started. Appropriate for all organizational levels, this workshop explores the fundamentals vital for strategic planning success.
