Body Language in the Workplace
Studies have shown that non-verbal communication plays a significant role in workplace communication and building relationships. Messages that we send with our non-verbal actions and reactions can have a significant impact on the effectiveness of our communication and workplace success. This workshop is delivered from both a sender and receiver point of view helping participants become more aware of their own body language while also reading that of others. Appropriate for all levels of the organization from frontline employees to top-level management; everyone benefits from a deeper understanding of body language in the workplace.
