Managing Your Boss
Whether you are new to your job or an experienced employee with more than your share of work, the skill of managing your boss has never been more important. Whether it's clarifying a delegated task, asking for feedback, or pushing back on unrealistic expectations, it takes a unique set of skills to approach your boss in a way that get results. This workshop introduces a method for strengthening this crucial relationship and provides participants a chance to practice many common situations where this skill is required.
