Effective Listening
Listening may be the missing link in effective communication. Being a great listener may not come naturally. This interactive workshop define s and explores the listening process, then uses lecture and activities to heighten awareness, explore barriers, examine improvements, and discover trouble spots. Appropriate for all levels, the workshop includes self-improvement and goal-setting activities to further stimulate listening skills.
