Programmable Logic Control
This practical and theoretical approach to the installation, programming, and maintenance of programmable logic controllers focuses on the Allen Bradley PLC-5 and the SLC-500 family of processors and applications used in manufacturing processes. Proper installation of equipment, development of ladder diagrams, programming, and changing operational programs on- and off-line are covered. Programs are developed from relay ladder logic using basic and advanced instruction sets. Networking on Allen Bradley Data Highway Plus also is used.
