Level I explores business changes over the past 40 years and identifies the strategies that have consistently created positive results in organizations. Leaders build their emotional intelligence in order to understand how their preferences and approach impacts day-to-day managerial activities. Effective communications strategies create understanding, information flow, and buy-in within the organization.
