Operational Leader Program - Leading in a Competitive Environment
START DATE & TIME:
- Tues., June 25, 8:30 a.m.
Leaders often straddle the separation between strategic planning and tactical performance. They must know what is happening operationally, but also play a role in cascading strategy down through the operations and communicating results of the applied strategy to upper management. Level I explores business changes over the past 40 years and identifies the strategies that have consistently created positive results in organizations. Leaders build their emotional intelligence in order to understand how their preferences and approach impacts day-to-day managerial activities. Effective communications strategies create understanding, information flow, and buy-in within the organization.
