Getting Projects Started
Project success depends a great deal on setting the proper foundation. Many projects fail due to lack of support. Developing a charter and scope statement is a collaborative, interactive method for getting all stakeholders on the same page for a project. Participants discuss tools and techniques that are needed to get the project started on the right foot through lecture, discussions, and activities.
