WDCE Course
Ethics in the Workplace

Ethics can be described as a set of values and principles individuals use to determine whether an action or choice is good or bad. It may only take one unethical action to ruin an organization's reputation. Creating awareness about ethics in the workplace is the first step to enhancing the culture. Participants explore definitions and factors that can help promote ethical decision-making and support ethical behaviors on an on-going basis. Utilizing theory and experiential learning, participants will enhance or develop new skills necessary for making ethical choices in the workplace. This fast-paced and highly interactive workshop is appropriate for all organizational levels.
