Project Management Fundamentals
Learn how to use project management techniques to plan, organize, control, document, and close out projects successfully and with minimum risk. This course overviews the basics of project management and provides the theory and core methodology needed to manage projects or participate on project teams.
Prerequisite(s): Basic understanding of the Windows operating system and how to launch an application and create and save files.
