Introduction to Massage Therapy
In this introductory class to the healing arts, Participants learn four kinds of massage in a primarily hands-on workshop. The methods covered include Swedish massage, polarity therapy, reflexology, and shiatsu. Wear a backless bathing suit under your clothes and bring a blanket and towel.
