CAH - Culinary

ServSafe Food Protection Certification
This food safety training program is administered by the National Restaurant Association Education Foundation (NRAEF). This program will cover food safety, the dangers and prevention of foodborne illnesses, preventing cross-contamination, how to utilize time and temperature control effectively, and sanitation. A certification examination is administered upon completion.

CAH121
ServSafe Recertification
This course is for anyone with a current ServSafe certificate that is due for renewal. Participants are required to retest only if this is their first recertification course and will need to submit an application and fee to the PA Department of Agriculture to renew their Food Safety Certification. Recertification can only be taken if the current certification is still valid, otherwise they must take the full class with exam. SECTIONS ONE AND THREE ARE FOR PARTICIPANTS NEEDING TO TAKE THE EXAM. SECTIONS TWO AND FOUR ARE FOR PARTICIPANTS THAT DO NOT NEED TO TAKE THE EXAM.
