Attempting to avoid conflict by agreeing or remaining silent as suggestions and ideas are offered harms group interaction. Teams often head down the wrong road when individuals wait to see the direction others are leaning or just agree with the boss. Decision-making and problem-solving training can help you make good decisions and stay on the right road. (Appropriate for groups, teams, management, executives, advisory boards, or boards of directors.)
