The 2012 honoree is Chef Charles Niedermyer II, an instructor of baking and pastry arts/culinary arts at Penn College's School of Hospitality. Chef Charles encourages audience members to find harmony between passion and the quest for excellence. Of course, he also finds a way to work chocolate into his inspiring presentation!
