Healthy Weight Week - 2008
This week offers many educational and entertaining events that provide information about achieving and maintaining a healthy weight and lifestyle.
Enter a drawing at all events to win a FREE fitness assessment on the MicroFit Assessment System, courtesy of the Physical Fitness Specialist Program. The assessment includes blood pressure reading, body composition analysis, and cardiovascular, strength and flexibility testing.

B Fit, B Well Fitness Center Challenge Kick-off

Open to the College Community; Healthy refreshments will be provided. Join Penn College's Health & Fitness Specialist for information about the Fitness Center's B Fit, B Well Challenge that begins on Monday, February 4, 2008. Tips for reaching health and fitness goals will be discussed. Fitness Center members who attend the presentation can sign up for the challenge.
