Emergency Response

Meningitis Notice for on-campus housing students

Students living on campus will be asked during registration to sign a Meningitis Documentation Form verifying that they have received the meningitis vaccine, will receive the vaccine within two week, or have a medical allergy or religion belief prohibiting immunization.
