Anonymous Hazing Report
Pennsylvania College of Technology, Student Code of Conduct Definition of Hazing
“Hazing, which is defined as any action or situation which recklessly or intentionally endangers the mental or physical health or safety of a student or which willfully destroys or removes public or private property for the purpose of initiation or admission into or affiliation with, or as a condition for continued membership in, any group or organization, the willingness of an individual to participate in such activity notwithstanding.”
Penn College has a strict stance against hazing. Hazing is not only against the law, but it is also against the values of the College and is not recognized as a function of any extra-curricular activities. This form was created for Penn College students, parents, faculty, staff, and community members to report incidents that are detrimental to students involved in student organizations, Greek Life, Athletics, or other student groups. This form is sent directly to the Assistant Director of Student Activities for Programming and Greek Life, Director of Student Activities, and Director of Athletics.
