Media Equipment Use by Student Organizations
The need for media equipment should be noted and explained on your Student Activities Event Approval Form. A limited amount of media equipment is available for use. Remember that at least two weeks advance notice is required for submission of the Event Approval Form, and thereby for all set-up and media requests as well.
