Student Organizations - Event Approval Forms
An On-Campus Events Approval Form should be completed for each activity the organization undertakes, including off-campus trips. Using the form provides several tangible advantages:
- Allows for room reservations and set-up requests for events and meetings
- Provides documentation of your activities both for the benefit of tracking your progress and achievements as well as to demonstrate the organization has met the SGA's activity and service requirements
- Provides advertising through automatic submission to Stall Wall Weekly and the Student Activities/PCToday calendar
The Event Approval Form should be used for all:
- On- and off-campus events
- Field trips
- Meetings
- Service projects
- Fundraisers
- Solicitation activities
The form should be submitted at least two weeks in advance. If the form is not submitted two weeks in advance, the event or activity may not be approved. Forms are available in the Student Activities Office.
