About SNA
The Penn College Student Nurses’ Association was founded in 1978 (as the Student Nurses’ of Williamsport Area Community College), with the goal of allowing nursing students to gather in an open forum to discuss new ideas and provide leadership opportunities. The Student Nurses’ Association values hard work and community service. Each year, SNA provides many services to the community such as donating clothing and hygiene products, as well as Christmas presents to less fortunate children in the Williamsport area. The goal of the current SNA officers is to expand membership and to promote leadership opportunities, which will shape leaders for the future of healthcare.
