---Meet at loading dock at 8:30pm for carpool or meet at Faxon bowling lanes at 8:45
Hog Bash – September 18th @ 3:30pm to 7:00pm on the CC Lawn
---We will be setting up stations and tables to advertise PCCA (ex. nail driving contest, info booth)
Monster Hut Construction – September 19th
---Meet at loading dock at 9:00am
---Materials are already provided and are in the lab
---Construction will start at 10:00am in the middle courtyard at the village and will continue all day
Car Wash – September 20th
---Meet at loading dock at 8:00am
---Will be located at AutoZone on Third Street
United Way Day of Caring – October 4th

New incentive: The amount of money a member raises will have a cut taken out for the club and the rest will go directly to there account to help pay for the trip.
Dues
--Raising dues to $25 this year
Las Vegas - IBS Show
--Non-competing members will pay full price or near-full price, fundraising will determine how much each person will need to pay
--Trip is earlier, Jan. 20-23
--Amount of people going and money for trip is going to be needed sooner this year, tickets cost at least 40 dollars more when purchased at a later date
--Late fee will be charge for money for trip being handed in late.
--Teams will be chosen within the first weeks of meetings
--Registration for teams is due by October 15th
